Charge-acceptance

Charge-acceptance is the ability of a battery to accept and store energy under given external parameters like time, temperature, state-of-charge, charging voltage or battery history. In other words, is the amount of current in ampere-hours that a battery with a certain charge level can accept at a specific temperature and charge voltage in a defined time.
