E-CHARGE 2023, the first event in Europe exclusively dedicated to the electric mobility industry

E-CHARGE 2023, the first European event exclusively dedicated to the electric vehicle charging, infrastructure and e-mobility industry, will take place on 16 and 17 November 2023 at Bologna Exhibition Centre, Italy (www.e-charge.show).

E-CHARGE 2023 is born from the strong demand of operators and companies in the sector to have their own networking event, necessary to arrive prepared for the challenges of a rapidly evolving sector: from wallboxes to fast, rapid and ultra-rapid EV chargers, from CPOs to EMSPs, from power electronics to controls, from casings, cables and accessories to charging infrastructure, from networks to e-roaming services, design, engineering and manufacturing, from battery to BMS and cooling systems, all supply chain will be fully represented at E-CHARGE 2023.

According to an analysis by Bain & Company, the market for charging infrastructure for electric vehicles will grow enormously in the coming years: by 2030 it is expected to generate around 13.5 billion euros globally; in particular, new generation smart energy services, including vehicle-to-grid and vehicle-to-home charging, will represent about one third of the total. From a value chain perspective, growth over the next decade will be strong in the three main segments of electric vehicle charging: hardware and installation, charging services and smart energy services. E-CHARGE 2023 represents a clear and valuable project: the meeting between operators and the world of production, distribution, technicians, installers, public administrations, public utilities and end users. Sector associations and primary political institutions and economic operators will also meet at an event built exclusively on their needs.

Thanks to the collaboration with Bologna Exhibition Centre, partner of the initiative, with sector associations that support the event and with the Scientific Committee, E-CHARGE 2023 will also offer a series of conferences, meetings and seminars of the highest level. The event is organized by A151 Srl, the company that organizes E-TECH EUROPE, the trade show dedicated to batteries and technologies for the electric vehicle industry, which takes place every year at Bologna Exhibition Centre (www.e-tech.show).
