Eternity Technologies opens its first US lead-acid battery plant to serve motive power market

Lead-acid battery maker Eternity Technologies, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, has opened its first plant in the US to make batteries for the forklift market.

The plant in Sherman, Texas was opened in October to manufacture its full range of BCI 2 volt low maintenance and enhanced capacity batteries for the US, Mexican and Canadian markets.

Eternity Technologies was founded in 2009 as part of the Al Dobowi Group, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to meet the needs of the global industrial lead acid battery market. Eternity Technologies manufacturing facility is based in Ras Al Khaimah, one of the seven Emirates of the U.A.E.
