On 28 February 2020, Katek Memmingen has announced the change of the name of “Steca Elektronik Bulgaria EOOD” to “KATEK electronic Bulgaria EOOD“.
Katek Memmingen and Steca Elektronik are part of the KATEK Group, which develops and manufactures customer-specific electronic components and systems for all industries – from prototypes and small batches to large series.
KATEK electronic Bulgaria EOOD, based in the town of Saedeninie, is specialized in the production of cable technology, electronic devices and complete electronic systems.
“By renaming the company, highligths the press release, we want to continue growing as KATEK SE and clearly present ourselves at the Bulgaria site as a fully consolidated subsidiary. However, this will only involve changing our name. What will not change is our firmly anchored claim to technologically superior electronics, quality and reliability. As a legally independent EOOD (private limited company), we will continue to operate unchanged with maximum customer and supplier proximity – quickly, flexibly and independently.”
Since the change has already been entered in the commercial register, all customers and suppliers will receive order confirmations, outgoing invoices and all other documents under the new company name.
